Working Conditions
Hourly Rate:
- 28.60 PLN/hour net with PIT-2 signed
- 23.97 PLN/hour net without PIT-2
- 35.40 PLN/hour net for students
Extra Payment for Own Accommodation: +1 PLN/hour net
Average Salary: 6700–9200 PLN/month
Average Working Hours: 240–260 per month
Work Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts
- Day shift: 06:00–18:00
- Night shift: 18:00–06:00
- Days off vary according to the schedule
- Saturdays and Sundays may be working days
Breaks: 2 paid breaks of 30 and 20 minutes
Accommodation: 600 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
Work Clothes and Shoes: provided free of charge, including trousers, shoes, and a vest. If an employee works for less than 2 months, 240 PLN will be deducted from their salary
Performance Bonuses:
In addition to their salary, employees may receive a monthly bonus for meeting or exceeding productivity targets. The bonus is calculated based on the working hours during which productivity exceeds the established standard.
Bonus Amount Depending on Productivity Level:
- 90% — 100 PLN
- 100% — 200 PLN
- 110% — 400 PLN
- 120% — 600 PLN
- 130% — 800 PLN
- 140% — 1100 PLN
- 150% — 1400 PLN
- 160% — 1700 PLN
- 170% and above — 2000 PLN gross
Responsibilities
- Working with a scanner to pick orders according to order lists
- Receiving goods and checking for damage
- Placing goods in designated storage locations
- Packing collected orders
- Preparing orders for shipment
- Keeping the workplace clean and organized
Requirements
- Age up to 58 years
- Medical examination: 180 PLN (deducted from salary)
- Good physical fitness
- No previous work experience required
Additional Information
- Wearing jewelry is prohibited
- Bringing personal belongings into the warehouse is prohibited, including phones, watches, tablets, etc.
- Free transportation to work by company bus
- Employees must bring their own bed linen and personal dishes
- Arrival for registration in Wrocław
