Working Conditions
Hourly Rate:
- 26.00 PLN/hour net with PIT-2 signed
- 22.36 PLN/hour net without PIT-2
- 31.40 PLN/hour net for students under 26 years old
Extra Payment for Own Accommodation: +1.50 PLN/hour
Bonuses: 200–1000 PLN per month
Average Working Hours: 250–300+ hours per month
Accommodation: 650 PLN/month, rooms for 3 people
Accommodation Locations: Żary and Żagań
Work Schedule:
- 12-hour shifts, 6 days per week
- 1st shift: 06:00–18:00
- 2nd shift: 10:00–22:00
- 3rd shift: 18:00–06:00
- Shifts rotate weekly
- Sunday is a day off
- Breaks are paid
- Approximate working hours according to the schedule: 260–290 per month
Important: The work schedule depends on warehouse workload. The schedule described above is planned until the end of 2026.
Responsibilities
For Men:
- Receiving and dispatching parcels weighing up to 20 kg
- Placing incoming parcels onto a conveyor belt
- Loading parcels into wheeled mesh containers
- Working with a scanner
- Scanning and sorting smaller parcels
For Women:
- Working in the small-parcel sorting area
- Receiving small parcels weighing up to 12 kg
- Working with a computer and scanner
Work Features:
- Work at a comfortable, steady pace
- No productivity quotas
- Couples work in different departments or processes
Requirements
- Age up to 58 years
- Candidates over 55 years old must have previous work experience
- Good physical endurance
Additional Information
- Transportation to and from work from Żary and Żagań costs 100 PLN
- Work shoes are provided free of charge. If an employee works for less than 2 months, 100 PLN will be deducted from their salary
- Authorization to operate an electric pallet truck is provided free of charge. If an employee works for less than 6 months, 250 PLN will be deducted from their salary
- The electric pallet truck operator certificate is given to the employee upon completion of employment
- Medical examination is free of charge. If an employee works for less than 2 months, 180 PLN will be deducted from their salary
- An advance payment is available after one week of work
- Russian-speaking and Ukrainian-speaking coordinators are available at the workplace
- The warehouse has a canteen equipped with refrigerators and microwaves for storing and heating meals
- Arrival for registration in Wrocław
