Meat Processing (Cutting):
– 24.00 PLN/hour net
– After 3 months: 24.50 PLN/hour net
Primary Processing of Carcasses/Half Carcasses:
– 24.50 PLN/hour net
Students receive 30.50 PLN/hour net
Average salary: 5280-9150 PLN/month
Average working hours: 240-300 per month
Every 4 hours there is a break (20-25 minutes), and every 2-3 hours short tea breaks (10-15 minutes)
Shifts: 8-12 hours (06:00-18:00 / 10:00-22:00 / 18:00-06:00)
Accommodation: 500 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
Extra payment for own accommodation: +1 PLN/hour net
Work clothing and shoes provided free of charge
Free 2-meal catering (soup + smoked meats)
Workshop temperature: +5 to +15°C (depends on the process)
– Packaging sausages, kabanos, kebabs
– Marinating kebabs
– Loading sausage loaves into the machine
– Assembling orders into cardboard boxes and onto pallets
– Weighing sliced sausage products
– Quality control of packaged products
– Labeling products
Work on meat processing:
– Carcass disassembly
– Cutting the appropriate pork parts and placing them in containers (using special tools)
– Producing smoked and cream sausages (filling the machine with raw materials/preparing marinade)
Special gloves are provided for each type of work
Primary processing and disassembly of carcasses/half-carcasses:
– Working with pneumatic tools
– Modern production line, various processes
First few days are paid training
Medical examination: 220 PLN (deducted from salary)
Free for those who have worked for at least 3 months
Prohibited to wear jewelry, artificial nails, or eyelashes
Ticket from Warsaw to Sokołów Podlaski: 26 PLN (deducted from salary)
Bring own bedding and personal utensils
