PLN 22.50/hour net for a worker with a category B driver’s license
PLN 22.50/hour net for a warehouse worker (with UDT to study)
PLN 24.00/hour net for a warehouse worker (with UDT and experience)
Students receive PLN 30.50/hour net
Bonuses for attendance and quality work: PLN 500-1500 gross per month
Average salary: PLN 4000-5000 net per month
Average number of hours: 160-220 per month
**Work schedule depends on the department:**
– **3 shifts of 8 hours each:** 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00 (Saturday and Sunday off)
– **2 shifts of 12 hours each:** 06:00-18:00 / 18:00-06:00 (days off may be in the middle of the week)
Additional hours available as needed or upon request
Break: 15-20 minutes
Accommodation is **not provided**
Work clothes provided for free (shoes, T-shirt, pants, jacket, gloves, protective glasses)
Preparation and loading of components into the machine
Quality control of finished products
Packing and sorting of finished metal components in containers
Managing a logistic train (for employees with a category B driver’s license)
Cleaning the workplace
Work processes may change throughout the working day; work is at a steady pace
For employees with UDT:
– Storage/loading/unloading of pallets with products
Medical examination: PLN 150 (deducted from salary)
For UDT workers: PLN 250 (deducted from salary)
Experience and Polish language **not required** (training in English)
For employees with UDT:
– UDT certificate required
– Work experience and Polish language proficiency required
Before starting work, a **tour of the enterprise** is conducted
Every month, **PLN 30** is credited to the employee’s ID card for food/beverage purchases in vending machines
Every employee is charged **PLN 135/month** for lunches (through the Lunching app, provided by a catering company)
Every **Thursday**, the company provides **free fruit** for employees
Noise and smell are present at the enterprise; **earplugs are provided**
Use of phones at the workplace is **not allowed**
Several times a year (in winter and summer), the company arranges **corporate events and gives gifts**
