Description
**Packaging:** 23.10 PLN/hour net (after 6 months +1 PLN)
**Filleting:** 23.60 PLN/hour net (after 6 months +1 PLN)
**Hanging:** 26.80 PLN/hour net (after 6 months +1 PLN)
**Gutting:** 23.90 PLN/hour net (after 6 months +1 PLN)
**Warehouse Work:** 23.10 PLN/hour net (after 6 months +1 PLN)
**Drawer Washing (women):** 23.60 PLN/hour net (after 6 months +1 PLN) + 200 PLN bonus, packaging from 17:00, washing from 22:00, Saturday working
**Bonuses:**
+100 PLN/month (for more than 240 hours, less than 6 months of work)
+300 PLN/month (for more than 300 hours)
+0.50 PLN/hour net (for those who have worked for more than 6 months)
For students: 30.50 PLN/hour net
Additional performance bonuses: 100-700 PLN/month
**Average salary:** 5500-8000 PLN/month
**Working hours:** 250-350 hours per month
**Breaks:** 2 breaks of 20 minutes
**Shifts:** 12-14 hours (start at 06:00 or 11:00)
**Slaughter shifts:** Start at 03:00-04:00 am, work for 6-8 hours, break for 3-4 hours, then return to work
**Housing & Transportation:**
Housing: 500 PLN/month (deducted from salary)
Extra payment for own accommodation: +1 PLN/hour net
Work clothes and shoes provided free of charge
Free 2 meals per day
Temperature in the workshop: +6 to +13°C
Free company bus from Bydgoszcz (first and second shifts only)
– Packing products in trays and KFC nets
– Stacking boxes on pallets
– Labeling products
– Quality control
**Filleting:**
– Removing fillet from the breast (cut is automatic, only separation needed)
**Hanging (starts at 03:00/04:00 am):**
– Taking chickens from containers and hanging them on special hooks (only men assigned)
**Drawer Washing (women, night shift only):**
– 17:00 – packaging
– 22:00 – washing
– Free factory housing available +1 PLN/hour extra from the company
**Patching:**
– Removing heart, liver, and gizzards
– Cleaning navels and chicken paws
Medical examination/sanitary book: 260 PLN (deducted from salary)
Jewelry, extended nails, and eyelashes are prohibited
– First shift leaves Bydgoszcz at 04:00
– Second shift leaves Bydgoszcz at 11:00-12:00
